半年来，我们按照市政府统一部署和区委区政府的工作要求，制定了《编制**区国民经济和社会发展“十二五”规划的安排意见》， *月份配合区政府组织各街镇和有关委局召开了全区“十二五”规划编制工作会议，对规划编制工作进行了动员和具体部署，个人总结并为各街镇草拟了规划编写的结构示例作为参考。
