1、自我认识
想一矢中的，首先必须认清自我，一定要弄清以下三个问题。 你现在是干什么的?你将来要干什么?你过去是干什么的?
这三个问题不是按时间顺序从过去到现在再到将来，而是从现在到将来再到过去。其奥妙在于：如果你被雇用，雇主选中的是现在的你，他希望利用的是将来的你，而这将来又基于你的历史和现状。
所以，第一个问题，你是干什么的?现在是干什么的?回答这个问题，要点是：你是你自己，不是别的什么人。除非你把自己与别人区别开来，在共同点的基础上更强调不同点，否则你绝无可能在众多的应征求职者中夺魁。 对于这第一个问题，自我反省越深，自我鉴定就越成功。
随后，着手回答第二个问题："你将来要干什么?"如果你申请的是一份举足轻重的工作，雇主肯定很关注你对未来的自我设计。你的回答要具体，合理，并符合你现在的身份，要有一个更别致的风格。
然后，再着手回答最后一个问题："你过去是干什么的?"你的过去当然都在履历上已有反映。你在面试中再度回答这个问题时，不可忽略之处是：不要抖落一个与你的将来毫不相干的过去。如果你中途彻底改行，更要在描述你的执着、职业目标的一贯性上下些功夫。要做到这一点，又要忠实于事实和本人，最简单的方法是：找到过去与将来的联系点，收集过去的资料，再按目标主次排列。
用这样的方法，以现在为出发点，以将来为目标，以过去为证实，最重要的是加深了你的自我分析和理解。其实，在面试的时候不一定有机会或者有必要照搬你的大作，但这三个问题的内在联系点一定会体现在自我表述的整体感觉中，使你的形象栩栩如生。
2、投其所好
清楚自己的强项后，便可以开始准备自我介绍的内容：包括工作模式、优点、技能，突出成就、专业知识、学术背景等。
好处众多，但只有短短一分钟，所以一切还是与该公司有关的好。如果是一间电脑公司，应说些电脑的话题;如是一间金融财务公司，便可跟他说钱的事，总之投其所好。
但有一点必须紧记：话题所到之处，必须突出自己对该公司可以作出的贡献，如增加营业额、减低成本、发掘新市场等。
3、铺排次序
内容的次序亦极重要，是否能抓住听众的注意力，全在于事件的编排方式。所以排在头位的，应是你最想他记得的事情。而这些事情，一般都是你最得意之作。与此同时，可呈上一些有关的作品或纪录增加印像分。

在面试时，我们经常会被要求自我介绍，所谓自我介绍，就是把自已介绍给出别人，以使别人认识自已，所以恰到好处的自我介绍，可以大大提高面试的好感。
1.了解自我介绍的分类
自我介绍根据介绍人的不同，可以分为主动型自我介绍和被动型自我介绍两种类型。
(1)在社交活动中，在欲结识某个人或某些人却无人引见的情况下，即可自己充当自己的介绍人，将自己介绍给对方。这种自我介绍叫做主动型的自我介绍。
(2)面试自我介绍，将自己的某些方面的具体情况进行一番自我介绍。这种自我介绍则叫做被动型的自我介绍。
2.面试自我介绍的内容，包括本人姓名、供职的单位及部门、担负的职务或从事的具体工作等三项，又叫工作式自我介绍内容的三要素，通常缺一不可。
①姓名。应当一口报出，不可有姓无名，或有名无姓。
②单位。单位及部门，如可能最好全部报出，具体工作部门有时可以暂不报出。
③职务。担负的职务或从事的具体工作，有职务最好报出职务，职务较低或者无职务，则可报出目前所从事的具体工作。
举个例子，可以说：“我叫唐果，是大秦广告公司的公关部经理。”
3、面试自我介绍应大体包括本人的姓名、工作、籍贯、学历、兴趣以及与交往对象的某些熟人的关系等。如：“我的名字叫王光，是里润公司副总裁。10年前，我和您先生是大学同学。”
4.掌握面试自我介绍的分寸想要自我介绍恰到好处、不失分寸，就必须高度重视下述几个方面的问题：
(1)控制时间
①进行自我介绍一定要力求简洁，尽可能地节省时间。通常以半分钟左右为佳，如无特殊情况最好不要长于1分钟。为了提高效率，在作自我介绍的'同时，可利用名片、介绍信等资料加以辅助。
②自我介绍应在适当的时间进行。进行自我介绍，最好选择在对方有兴趣、有空闲、情绪好、干扰少、有要求之时。如果对方兴趣不高、工作很忙、干扰较大、心情不好、没有要求、休息用餐或正忙于其他交际之时，则不太适合进行自我介绍。
(2)讲究态度
①态度要保持自然、友善、亲切、随和，整体上讲求落落大方，笑容可掬。
②充满信心和勇气。忌讳妄自菲薄、心怀怯藐。要敢于正视对方的双眼，显得胸有成竹，从容不迫。
③语气自然，语速正常，语音消晰。生硬冷漠的语气、过快过慢的语速，或者含糊不清的语音，都会严重影响自我介绍者的形象。
(3)追求真实
进行自我介绍时所表述的各项内容，一定要实事求是，真实可信。过分谦虚，一味贬低自己去讨好别人，或者自吹自擂，夸大其词，都是不足取的。
总的说来，面试自我介绍十分重要，良好的表达，不仅可以展现自己，而且可以大大提高用人单位的好感。
二、应聘者具体应注意以下几点：
1、接到面试通知后，最好在家打个自我介绍的草稿，然后试着讲述几次，感觉一下。
2、自我介绍时首先应礼貌地做一个极简短的开场白，并向所有的面试人员(如果有多个面试考官的话)示意，如果面试考官正在注意别的东西，可以稍微等一下，等他注意转过来后才开始。
3、注意掌握时间，如果面试考官规定了时间，一定要注意时间的掌握，既不能超时太长，也不能过于简短。
4、介绍的内容不宜太多的停留在诸如姓名、工作经历、时间等东西上，因为这些在你的简历表上已经有了，你应该更多的谈一些跟你所应聘职位有关的工作经历和所取得的成绩，以证明你确实有能力胜任你所应聘的工作职位。
5、在作自我简介时，眼睛千万不要东张西望，四处游离，显得漫不经心的样子，这会给人做事随便、注意力不集中的感觉。眼睛最好要多注视面试考官，但也不能长久注视目不转睛。再就是尽量少加一些手的辅助动作，因为这毕竟不是在作讲演，保持一种得体的姿态也是很重要的。
