Good morning, my dear teachers and respectable professors!
I’m very glad to be here for this interview. Thank you very much for giving me this chance. First of all, please allow me to introduce myself.
My name is li Ming，an undergraduate of Henan Normal University, and I major in co mputer science and technology. I was born in an ordinary family of a small village of Bei jing province on May 24th, 1987.
There are all together four members in my family(介绍 家庭): my parents, my little brother and me. My father and mother are all farmers. Durin g my preparation for the postgraduate entrance examination, They are always standing by my side .
And I hope I will be able to repay them in future. So, in order not to let them down ,after entering the university, I studied very hard.

It teaches me not only what to study and how t o think, but also to see the importance of practical ability.(介绍自己的业余生活) Apart from the academic achievements I have made, I have also made many good friends.
They help me improve my study and research ability, and often give me good examples to fol low. In my spare time , I like reading books, listening to pop music ,surfing on the Inter net and doing sports, such as playing tennis, rope jumping and jogging. All these activitie s bring me happineand passion.
(考研的原因)The reasons that I took postgraduate exams are as follows: To begin w ith, I love my major.
It plays an important part in the modernization of our country. Wha t’s more, Computer Technology can deeply reflect the future of our society and we canno t lead an effective life without computer in modern times. I am not easily satisfied with s uch superficial knowledge and I hope I could have a better understanding by studying furt her. This is the most important reason for me to take the postgraduate exams.
(介绍自己的优点和打算)I’m a determined person, always willing to achieve higher g oals. Generally speaking, I am a hard working student , especially when doing the things I am interested in, which I will try my best to finish no matter how difficult they are.
If luckily I got the opportunity to learn Computer Technology in this university, I will con centrate on the study and research in this field. Firstly, I will work hard at the basic cour ses, constructing a solid base for my future work; Secondly ,I would like to do some pra c
tical work with the help of the tutors and classmates. And through this, I can get somet hing that cannot be acquired from the textbooks.
