劳动者最光荣!劳动者也最辛苦!劳动者的权益最应当受到保护!

在这依法治国，依法治企的新时代，铁路各级领导、部门必须立即停止侵犯一线辛苦拼搏的火车司机的权益，管理者必须尊重劳工，依法管理!
这是时代的要求，这是法制的要求，这更是我们党治国理念的要求，这也是和谐社会的最基本的要求!我们广大机车乘务员有责任有权利有义务为国分忧，向一切违法行为做坚决的斗争!为此我们倡议如下:

首先，要求各级铁路部门把以下我们的合理诉求答复解决。

1、占用火车司机休息时间进行生产培训考试以及待乘的用工准备时间都应视为劳动时间，必须按照劳动时间予以统计。月劳时超过166.6小时的，以及休息日工作未安排调休的应按法律规定支付200%的工资，

我们把每年的6月16日定为 ”6.16铁路工人节”，以此来唤醒起铁路工人依法治国的热情。该节日已经得到日、韩铁路友人的呼应，成为了“616世界铁路工人节”!

广大的铁路姐妹们!兄弟们!
大家好!
长期以来我们铁路工人都是以路为家诚实劳动，从来没有想过这个家会伤害我们，伴随着依法治国宣传的深入，我们感到这个家不再温暖，企业不但有违反劳动法，还故意掩盖事实，不思悔改。
为此我们铁路工人联合会特征求铁路工人的意见，向铁路总公司高层请愿，内容如下:
1、强制占用铁路综合计算工时制职工的休息时间进行生产培训、考试、待乘、报到点名、出退勤，进库卫生等时间应全为劳动时间，并明确公示，每个工作周期的工作时间的起止。月工时超过166.6小时法定工作时间的、休息日工作(未明确通知安排调休)的，所超出的工时，应按法律规定支付加班工资。
2、所有有薪假和加班费的支付计算基数必须按照国家劳动法的有关规定执行;立即纠正现行加班费的`发放基数不合法的做法。
3、根据劳动合同并没有相关考核内容，同时国家已废止《企业奖惩条例》，在职代会未能真正体现职工的意愿时，段和车间及车队制定的违章违纪范围与考核措施条例都是违法行为，必须立即终止。
4、成立经过全部职工选举的职工代表大会，实行计件工资分配方法的，必须经过从职工中选举的代表讨论通过后方可执行。公开透明路局给每个人的工资即段二次分配后的工资，以便进行对比。因企业原因造成职工完不成月额定工时的应补足应得工资。
5、摄像头是作为取证之用，在没有各种纠纷和需要调查取证的情况下，不调取，且不能作为一种延伸检查和考核监视的工具;取消危害机车乘务员人身安全的(如开门式确认调车信号及手比动作的各类不安全、不合理等形式)行为规定。
6、大功率电力机车电磁辐射对人体健康的损害应当发放职业健康损害津贴。
7、对异地工作的通勤职工立即给与相应合理交通补偿，并尽快解决住房等相关生活问题。
8、把每年的6月16日定为铁路工人自己的节日——“6.16铁路工人节”，以此来唤起铁路工人爱岗敬业的热情。
中国经济步入新常态，在“依法用工、依法管理、依法行政、依法治企”的市场经济体制下，铁路企业站段(部门)存在着大量的的违法违规的，侵犯广大铁路工人合法权益的所谓“红线”的现象日益突出，广大铁路工人法律意思识不断提高，对企业健康发展忧国忧企，时不我待.
只有这样企业站段(部门)腐化分子才能受到遏制即企业站段(部门)部分领导个人的既得利益才能无处藏身，我们的合法权益才能受到保障，企业才能步入正确的轨道和良性发展，广大铁路工人才能安居乐业，国家企业才能蒸蒸日上、繁荣富强!
