As a member of bid assessment committee for bid invitation for purchase of logistics system equipment of uniform logistics distribution center of Jiangsu tobacco commercial system with a code of 0618-0740TC06KE5, I hereby solemnly make the following commitments:
一.本人没有下列情形：
A. I have none of the following cases：(一)投标人或者投标人主要负责人的近亲属;
(1) The close relatives of the tenderer or major personnel in charge of tenderer;
(二)项目主管部门或者行政监督部门的人员;
(2) Personnel of the project authority or administrative department;
(三)与投标人有经济利益关系，可能影响对投标公正评审的;
(3) Personnel or issues related to economic interests of the tenderer, which may influence fair examination and appraisal of the bid;
(四)曾因在招标、评标以及其他与招标投标有关活动从事违法行为而受过行政处罚或刑事处罚的。
(4) The personnel who have taken administrative or criminal punishment due to violation of law in bid invitation, bid assessment or other activities related to such issues.
二.在评标过程中，严格遵守《中华人民共和国招标投标法》和本项目评标工作管理办法，坚持“公平、公正、科学择优”的原则，严肃、客观、公正地履行职务，认真履行评委会赋予的职责，忠实执行评标原则，以认真负责的工作态度、科学的`工作方法，严谨的工作作风，做好评标工作。对所提出的评审意见承担个人责任。
B. Strictly abide by “Law of People’s Republic of China on Bid Invitation and Bidding” and management rules for bid assessment for the project during bid assessment, stick to the principles of “fair, just and selecting the best scientifically” and fulfill duties seriously, objectively and fairly, carefully perform the duties granted by the bid assessment committee, implement the bid assessment principles faithfully, and do well in bid assessment with a careful and responsible attitude, scientific way and rigorous working style. and undertake personal responsibilities for the opinions on examination and appraisal put forth by myself.

1、外聘专家条件
1. Conditions for External Experts
A、所聘专家必须具备高级专业职称或同等专业水平，并具备有一定资历，对业务精通。

B、遵守评标规则及守则，要作到公正、无私、与投标人和供货商没有直接关系。

F、在评标期间，禁止打外线电话，所带手机和BP机一律交会务组登记保管。技术组与商务组人员在会议期间不允许擅自离开住宿地与外界联系，严禁将评标工作的任何内容泄密给与评标工作无关的人员。
