  我公司就该校LED电子显示屏项目中的产品质量及售后服务做出如下承诺:

   我公司严格遵守客户的要求并切实履行自己的承诺,如不履行合同规定

  及其他承诺,客户有权取消资格,依法追究我公司违约责任;  我公司提供设备验收后的'12个月免费保修,保修期满后收取维修工本

  费;

   在质保期内,如设备、材料或安装出现质量问题,我公司承诺在接到客

  户服务通知后,1小时内响应,0.5小时+路程时间内赶赴现场,及时进行维修,必要时予以更换合格的产品。
