It appears that the current availability estimate listed on our web site may not yet reflect the most recent information provided to us by our suppliers.
Sometimes unexpected fluctuations in supply can add time to our original availability estimate. We have learned that "Spartacus: Gods of the Arena [Blu-ray]" is now back-ordered, and our supplier is not able to tell us exactly when they expect to have more in stock. I apologize that you were not notified sooner of this change.
To help compensate you for this unexpected change, I have upgraded the method of shipment for this order to Express shipping at no additional charge.
I know that upgrading the shipment will or never in no way compensate for the inconvenience caused, please understand that we do care for our customers and do all we can to avail this item for you, inspite of all the efforts our reliance on suppliers and manufacturers for information about their stock, has caused this disappointment. I am extremely sorry for this situation.
Further, I can assure you that we are working hard to obtain this item for you and we will ship it as soon as we are able to obtain it. This means that we will ship the item as soon as we receive it from our suppliers.
