从“愚公移山”中我读懂了要坚强勇敢、自力更生、艰苦奋斗的精神，愚公都已经九十多岁了，但还是自己去努力挖山，其实愚公或许可以把挖山的重任，推给集体，留给后人。谁也不会要求一位快九十岁的老人去完成这项不可能完成的任务。但愚公没有这样做，他说：“吾与汝毕力平险，指通豫南，达于汉阴，可乎?”这就表现了愚公的'自力更生、不屈不挠的精神。在我们生活中同样适用，在生活中我们遇到困难不要一味地依赖他人要靠自己努力获得成功，这样你才会对自己有信心。我记得在我上初二时大休在家里做数学作业遇到了一道数学题目，做了好久都没有想出思路，于是我打算明天回学校时问问别人怎么做或直接的那别的同学的抄一下就行了。于是我就放下了那一道数学题目。就去看课外书了突然看到了《愚公移山》这篇文章感觉很有趣于是我就看了下去。看到愚公九十岁是还要挖山时我一下怔住了:“难到我连一位九十岁的老人也不如吗”?愚公都九十岁了都自己去挖山而我能才十五六岁就这么的轻易放弃吗?于是我又把那个数学题目拿来做了起来终于在我奋斗了半个小时终于找到了思路。做完之后感觉心里有一种说不出来的兴奋，这就是自己努力得到的结果吧。于是以后我学会了“自力更生”，不在一味的依赖别人了。这都是愚公给我的启示。
