1、概述
答复即复函，属公函的一种。
复函是机关、单位为答复来函一方面商洽、询问或联系事宜而使用的一种公文，既可用于上级机关对下级单位的答复之用，也可用于平行机关或不相隶属机关的答复。复函如属上级机关对下级机关所要求事项的.答复，同时具有某种批复、批示的性质。
2、写作要点：
复函的全文由标题、正文、落款三部分构成：
（1）标题
由发文机关、事由和文种类别（复函）组成，一般不可省略。
（2）正文
包括受文单位、开头用语、答复意见、结尾四部分。受文单位要顶格写；开头用语多为“你处××函收悉，经××研究，现答复如下”
（3）落款
发文机关、日期并加盖公章。
