乙方：
1、合同解除：由于甲方请求中止甲乙双方于年月日签订的《xx合同》，以下简称“采购合同”，经甲、乙双方友好协商，双方一致同意解除“采购合同”，
及与该合同有关的补充协议和其他构成双方权利义务的文件一并解除。

2、合同解除的效力：自本协议签订之日起乙方应按约定时间，将甲方支付的预付款扣除违约金后返还甲方，
“采购合同”及与其有关的补充协议和其他法律文件不再履行。
合同按约定解除后，甲乙双方互不追究对方责任。
